Borongan City, Eastern Samar – The Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO)-Borongan has already started placing demarcation lines in its territory which covers 12 municipalities and 1 city as part of the implementation of the no-build zone policy being implemented by the national government particularly in the hardly hit areas of super typhoon Yolanda.
